How do you feel today ?

You can use "Ouch Cactus" everyday to evaluate your pain.
Its very simple, useful and completely free.
Everyone has to deal with pain and know it better.
It can be used for physic or mental pain.

In only 3 quick steps:
- Describe the pain
- Define the area where it hurts
- On a pain scale of 0 to 10, evaluate it daily or when its necessary

Other features :
- You can add your treatment
- Follow the evolution on a graph

About rating and pain level:
0 : No Pain
1 – 3 : Mild Pain (nagging, annoying, interfering with ADLs - Activities of daily living)
4 – 6 : Moderate Pain (interferes significantly with ADLs)
7 – 10 : Severe Pain (disabling, unable to perform ADLs)

* To be efficient, you must read the text corresponding to each number. It will be useful to choose the right one.

If you do it right, you will be able to understand a lot more about yourself and your pain:
- The degree of importance of your pain
- Its evolution
- If you are overvaluing or not

All this data will help you and your doctor to treat effectively the problem.
